This evening we went to watch Rick and Janice’s grandson Jacob playing competitive hockey for the Greensboro team at the Ice House, Greensboro, about 30 miles east of Winston-Salem.
This was Jacob’s second competitive match of the day and he was in fine form, contributing to a decisive 5-0 win against the Charlotte Junior Checkers team from Charlotte, North Carolina.

After the hockey we called into a new store called Field & Stream selling clothes and equipment for outdoor hunting and sport.
